Shared Office Space Redux

ABOUT THE PROJECT

A pharmaceutical and gene therapy company required temporary space in order to revamp a portion of their existing offices. They needed a quick solution and looked to one of the local co-working spaces in Center City Philadelphia. It had everything they required, from finished office space with shared conference rooms to a lounge and café areas. There was only one drawback. The furniture supplied by the co-working company would not adequately satisfy the pharmaceutical companies needs for work space and storage, nor did it allow for power distribution in the center of the room without creating a trip hazard. Since the company needed to populate the space quickly, they turned to Boomerang Office Furniture for a solution. Boomerang’s rental division quickly developed a space plan and furniture solution that allowed the company to populate the 28-person space within 10 days of inception.
